These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of languagecraze.com, the web app at app.languagecraze.com, and the LanguageCraze mobile applications (together, the “Services”), provided by LanguageCraze (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial learning purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Services or their content without our permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, software, text, graphics, audio, and learning content, are owned by LanguageCraze or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Paid features

We may offer optional paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be shown before you purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are also subject to those stores’ terms and refund policies.

8. Mobile app stores

If you download our apps from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you also agree to the applicable store’s terms. These Terms are between you and LanguageCraze only, not Apple or Google, and we — not Apple or Google — are responsible for the apps and their content.

9. Educational content

We work hard to keep our learning content accurate, but language is nuanced and we do not guarantee that all translations, readings, or explanations are complete or error-free. The Services are provided for educational purposes only.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LanguageCraze will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LanguageCraze from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Services. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
